Moms In Motion is seeking an experienced, motivated leader to serve as our next Division Manager. This position provides leadership, guidance, and operational oversight for a team of Service Facilitators while ensuring exceptional service to the individuals and families we support.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about coaching others, fostering accountability, and promoting compliance while creating a positive team culture.

Location Requirement: Applicants must live in or near the Richmond, Virginia area to support field operations, attend in-person meetings, and provide leadership within the assigned region.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, mentor, and support a team of Service Facilitators.
  • Monitor employee performance, productivity, and quality metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with DMAS regulations, company policies, and documentation standards.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions.
  • Assist with recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and employee development.
  • Partner with Compliance, QA, HR, and Training to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
  • Monitor caseload distribution and staffing needs.
  • Address escalated participant concerns and assist with complex service issues.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in leadership meetings and organizational initiatives.
  • Travel throughout the assigned region as needed.
Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience in Medicaid Waiver programs, case management, healthcare, or human services preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of DMAS regulations and person-centered practices is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop employees.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
