Do you thrive on keeping leaders organized, projects moving, and events running seamlessly? Moms In Motion is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO and COO.

This is more than a traditional administrative role. We’re looking for a proactive professional who enjoys managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, planning leadership events, and serving as a trusted partner to executive leadership.

What You’ll Do
✔ Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements
✔ Coordinate leadership meetings, company retreats, and special events
✔ Work directly with hotels, vendors, and event planning partners
✔ Manage event budgets, contracts, logistics, and attendee communications
✔ Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and executive materials
✔ Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and track action items
✔ Support company programs, projects, and strategic initiatives
✔ Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

What We’re Looking For
✅ Strong time management, organizational, scheduling, and project coordination skills 
✅ Exceptional attention to detail and superior research abilities 
✅ Able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team 
✅ Strong verbal and written communication skills 
✅ Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across all levels of internal staff, management, and external stakeholders 
✅ Strong administrative writing, reporting, and presentation skills, specifically with Canva and PowerPoint 
✅ Event planning experience and familiarity with travel logistics are required 
✅ Proven leadership or management experience 
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet research, and general computer applications 
✅ Strategic thinking and planning  
✅ Must submit to a criminal background check 
✅ Two professional references required
